Strength and Soul Yoga Student Protection and Disclosures
Admission Requirements Approaching students are required to complete and sign enrollment registration forms, and provide a non-refundable deposit to officially enroll. Please refer to each course outline for any prerequisite training requirements.
Dates of Enrollment Enrollment is open until the day before the stat date of the schedule program. Please refer to each course or schedule outline, or contact program director, for next available enrollment dates. At this time, our current 200-YTT program runs October 2020 through April 2021.
Tuition Information Tuition for our program begins with a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold your registration and will be applied to the full $2700 program fee. *Please note, program fees are subject to change based on hosting studio specials and promotions. Please contact program director with questions, and for detailed tuition information prior to placing non-refundable deposit.*
Grading System Students are allowed to miss up to three (3) classes in a program session. Makeup for missed time must be coordinated with program director. Strength and Soul Yoga shall issue program and course certificates within 30 days of completion to students who have met program requirements, including tuition payment.
Transfer of Credit Strength and Soul Yoga teacher training reserves the right to offer or accept transfer of hours from programs or courses from other schools, institutes or training providers, with the review and approval of program director OR Previous education and training can only be applied to the programs offered at Strength and Soul with the approval of program director.
Withdrawal/Refund Policy All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal in agreement to the terms of Strength and Soul Yoga's policy; and Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulations. A student looking to withdraw for a refund from a program must do so in writing to the School Administrator. *Note: All refunds will be less the enrollment deposit that is non-refundable
Student Grievances Hedc 304.01(h) Student complaint process. If a student should have a grievance about the school, an instructor, or the program, the student shall formally submit such grievance in writing to the program Director, Sapna Young, [email protected]. The grievance should include specifics about the claim and if possible include the date and location in which it took place. With the assurance that we will take your complaint seriously and do what is within our capability to correct the situation so you are satisfied.
In the event that a solution cannot be reached between the student and school, the student may file a written complaint with the New Hampshire Department of Education, Office of Career School Licensing at 101 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301, or by phone 603-271-6443.
